The pharmacy does not respect your appointment so don't bother making one because the rude staff will ignore you and tell you to wait in the back of the line regardless if those ahead of you don't have an appointment. "I must address the issue and overall horrible experience at this Walgreens. I made an appointment for covid-19 PCR test, I do not live in this area, I could've taken MSTransit bus, however, due to tight schedule, I had to Uber to this Walgreens, spent nearly $50. I displayed my appointment confirmation email and was denied on the spot in the drive through lane. I do not drive and I do not own a vehicle. I wore a mask and communicated with manager Vitelia(I apologize for any misspelling), I also provided proof of the call history to this store, Manager's attitude was harsh,not friendly at all and kept mentioning 'you have to be in a car, it is not safe to do the test. It is not safe. It's the store's policy, you can come in to the store to talk and leave the drive way, a car might be coming, it is not safe, etc. Stating 'it is not safe over and over again. I witnessed manager's interaction with other customer who's in a car, the attitude was very accommodating, friendly, polite and professional. When it comes to our interaction, the attitude changed swiftly. I have taken PCR test before and the result is negative, I am Chinese and I am proud of my nationality. I do not know why the incident happened the way it did today, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. I will further report the unfair treatment."
