"I call at least a day in advanced to refill a prescription here and every single time I end up waiting for them to fill it when I pickup at the time they tell me. This last time, I asked to refill a prescription and I'm told it will be ready the next day. 24hrs later I come to pickup and the refill request ISN'T EVEN ON FILE. I'm changing pharmacies, most rite aid pharmacies I've been to have it together but certainly not this one."
