"Avoid this place! I was skeptical of buying the Groupon for a 75 minute facial after reading the previous review on Yelp where her appointment was cancelled twice but went ahead and purchased anyway as I thought maybe it was an isolated incident. I made a huge mistake giving her the benefit of the doubt. I booked my appointment the week before online for 1/16 @ 11:15 AM which was accepted by Maryah. I even received an email a few days prior to confirm my appointment which I confirmed. On 1/16 I received a text a little before 8AM that Maryah was feeling “sick” and had to reschedule my appointment. I understand that things happen but it seems to be a huge coincidence and a reoccurring issue of same day cancellations. What bothered me the most is her website states there is a 48 hour cancellation policy in which a person will be charged for the full service if not cancelled within 48 hours, but this rule seems to be an exception if she cancels. I purchased the Groupon since she was available on my week off but what she doesn’t seem to care about is how I could have went with another esthetician that was more reliable on my time off. She tried to reschedule me for the following week where I was already back at work so it wouldn’t have worked. As a customer this was the worst service I was given and I’m not sure if it was because I purchased a Groupon but this is a horrible way to run a business. She not only not cared about my time but didn’t really seem to care she lost a potential loyal client. The only good thing that came out of this is that I asked for a refund which she happily agreed to."

"I just got a facial yesterday and have been feeling so great since!! My skin is glowing, my pores aren’t nearly as visible and any dark marks I had have gone away! I was extremely relaxed the entire appointment and after our session ended I didn’t want to get off of the table. 10/10 would recommend!!"
