"absolutely do not recommend. let the photos speak for themselves."Thomas" did a pedicure for me (a pensioner with a disability), I don't understand why this happens in this salon, because he does not see in one eye (he has a disability). if a person does not see what he is doing ??? I never act rude, but when I earn money so hard I want to receive a service that is worth the money! besides, I called several times, and asked about the French pedicure, the price on the phone was announced $ 45. but when they finished doing this disgusting pedicure, they told me $ 50! it's so unprofessional to change the price by increasing the price right in the salon after providing such a disgusting service!"

"I wish I could give “Jim/James” a 5 star review separately but this is an overall business review. Sadly there are more cons than pros. My daughter, mother and I were all served in the same visit. My mom’s service was decent but she also doesn’t wear acrylics or get her nails done in general, so I’ll Leave her out. My daughter had the owner, Crystal and I had her son. We both had provided photos of our nail vision, but were seated on opposite ends of the salon. With that said, my daughter was completely overhauled and was literally told “No, black is not pretty. I’ll do pink!” My daughter then asked if she could do a matte finish, and again, “You won’t like matte, shiny and glitter is good for you!” Then my daughter reiterated that she just wanted gel polish, to which she proceeded to grab a sparkly pink dip powder. Meanwhile, I was very impressed with my technician. He was meticulous, precise in achieving my ideal shape and intricate designs. He never once inserted his opinion. I appreciated his effort to achieve the exact replica of my photo. By the time I was reunited with my daughter, she was miserable, annoyed and just wanted to get out of the chair. She was even more upset when she saw how amazing my nails turned out. Crystal then tallied up our bill which got for 3 people ended up being $300 BEFORE tip. I thought $80/ acrylic set (with 4 fingers of design-$5/ea) is kinda steep. She also charged the same for my daughter who had dip done. At that point I just decided to leave and promised my daughter to request the son when her set grew out. They accept all forms of payment but kinda force cash on you with an atm in the room. Overall the owner is constantly in a frenzy and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable with her lack of customer service skills. Jim is worth the high ticket price but that is all. I would’ve recommended against coming here if it wasn’t for him."

"Got acrylic nails done and a pedicure and I’m in love. Everyone there was sooooo nice and made the experience very enjoyable. A young man did my nails and he did such an amazing job. He made my nails look just like the picture I showed him and accommodated the shape I wanted. I will be returning and I highly recommend going there."
