"The lady messed up my nails so badly. I was trying to trust the process and it was the first time I had the money to get my nails done in two years. I was so excited I was in denial about how badly they were at first and how much the lady rushed and didn’t care at all. But they really look so so awful. I’m devastated. I’m going to have to pay someone else somewhere new to take them off and I won’t be able to afford to get new ones sadly. :("

"Just had the worst experience…. I needed my nails for an interview tomorrow. I told them to only file not cut. And they cut. Then when he was cutting my cuticles he would not stop at the cuticle he was cutting my actual skin. When it started bleeding like crazy he put a napkin over it. And then put blue liquid over it. My blood is in the nail polish there now btw. He painted my nails and the nail polish was turning red because of my blood. Lady at the front told him to stop because i was telling him and he didn’t understand me. I literally left in tears. If I get an infection or aids I’m going to kms. Will be updating on infection."

"By far the worst pedi I've ever received. Hard to even call it a "pedi" as there was NO massage or filing of my nails. You read that correctly, NO MASSAGE. My feet were actually not touched. A total waste of time and money. I recommend going to Em's around the corner... which is what I should've done. I didn't want to cause a scene so I just paid, but I was pretty much robbed of my money."

"The overall experience was good, the woman was very accommodating and kind. I do have a lot of ingrowns which she did get but she made my big toe bleed from clipping the cuticle too close, I was still sore when I went to work a few days later. The blood stained my light blue nail polish, my nails were very short, black with a glitter coat overlay. Gorgeous color and application but the acrylic was very bumpy and not smoothed out or “finished” looking. Maybe she was newer to the profession but I spent $90 to be in pain, bleed and to end up taking them off myself after a week cause they were simply embarrassing. They looked nice in dark lighting at the bar on my trip but other than that I won’t be back for another set Picture is what I wanted Vs what I got"
