"Terrible company! I have tried to give it a zero. We ordered our dining room set back I Julyish, 2020. We were very excited about the purchase. It was delayed because of the supply chain issues and here we are 9-10 months later and we have nothing except a bank accounts that is ~$1500 lighter because they took a 25% deposit and are no longer responding to phone calls . I fully expect to see them file for bankruptcy and reconstitute themselves under another name. Very dishonest company."

"If I could rate this company a zero I most definitely would!!!! The seams on our sectional sofa started coming apart within 3 months after our purchase. I contacted the company due to having a 1 year limited warranty and I was given a complete run around and broken promises call after call. It came to a point they stopped answering my calls and I would have to call from different numbers. Needless to say this company does not stand behind the products they are selling!! I never leave bad reviews but could not help myself in regards to this degrading company!!"

"Purchased a bedroom set and have nothing but issues with this company. After a few month delay in getting our set to us because all the pieces had damage, they finally sent it out. When we got it it was damaged. I called while the delivery driver was still here and Joe advised to me keep the damaged dresser and he would send out a new one that week and have this one picked up. Fast forward weeks...Joe says they can't get that piece anywhere so we would be willing to refund me $92 of the $400 dresser! I said that is unacceptable and he said my other option was to destroy it and send him pictures and then he would refund my money. They never answer my calls and sometimes they email me one lined emails. Called me bank to tell them what was going on and to get a chargeback. They are now taking care of it for us because this company is nothing but a nightmare! Now we have a bedroom set with a damaged dresser we can't find anywhere. Hopefully, the bank will get us our money back! Otherwise, we are out $400 and still have to buy a dresser to match the rest of our set. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"After looking around a few local cities and not finding anything close to what we wanted we settled on the online route and found IFD Furnishing. I purchased a complete bedroom set and it took a couple months to arrive from CA to VA. I stayed in contact with their sales rep and he always called me back if I had to leave a message. The order was delayed due to a broken mirror and chest. Once it arrived the replaced mirror was broken and the rep credited me for the flaw. All in all, we are happy with our furniture and it looks and works great. It's not an expensive all-wood set, but will do if you are looking for something that will last a while and move on to the guest bedroom once upgrade your master. I'm satisfied with the purchase and would recommend unless you need something immediately."
