"Let me just say I LOVE my new mattress, but I was pleasantly surprised by the set up of the store, very clean, and organized. Cora sold me the mattress and she was so nice, professional, and I felt like I could trust her opinions when it came to the appliances she was selling. "Let me just say, I can be a bit of a tough customer. I ask a lot of questions. I like a good deal. I just want to feel well informed and educated before I make a purchase and know I'm getting the straight shot. Also, I don't know a lot about appliances and this was my first big purchase. With that being said, Evelyn has really made me feel welcome, educated and consulted about this big purchase! She stayed late, showed me all the options and the up sides and down sides of each model. I had a lot of questions and she had all the answers! I can really tell she is an expert in her space and it felt very comforting to know I was in experienced hands. In the end, I bought a new fridge, washer and dryer for an amazing price (way better then the deal at the BIG SHOP) and I left feeling really good about the purchase.
