"Was here pretty late at night, and staff was great. They are really nice! And helpful as well. And lord! The clothes! Beautiful, they must have the workers look over them. Cause unlike a thrift store where you can find awful items. Here it's all gold! I almost don't want to give this review because I want to gatekeep."

"Very poor customer service, these girls have never been trained in retail basics and it’s very sad to see. They act like high school students at their first job, and while that lack of care and training may not be their fault, it certainly lies on the manager’s shoulders. Talking behind the counter is fine, but ignoring customers should never happen especially when the store is quiet. No wonder why they’re always hiring. Highly recommend going to Uptown Cheapskate, Buffalo Exchange or even a local Goodwill over this store."

"Nice to shop there but not to sell, I’m a reseller on poshmark and I have bags of clothes I want to sell to them so I call to ask what kind of clothes they looking for they say pants, T-shirts, long skirts, sweaters and I even ask for what brands they looking for, once I show up they told me it’s going to take an hour. After I go to check they said they didn’t get anything. This happened three times."

"Cute clothes. Double check for security tags they forget to take off. Also check for holes and rips on clothes you're gunna pay brand new store prices for. Manager on 11/10/23 at 4:30pm was extremely unhelpful in fixing an issue that their employees caused. Customer service was terrible."

"I've been here before so I decided to visit again on my birthday. The store was having a 70% sale on some items. I'm always on the lookout for a classic dress or name brand dress pants. Didn't find anything. I kept looking for anything else. I noticed the employees were cleaning up for the day, fixing the racks. No one greeted me, but I don't get bothered by that. I did by a Hollister denim vest that was priced 23.50. I didn't care about the price because it's my birthday. But it 70% off! She told me I couldn't return it. I said no problem. Bought some linen pants, too. Prices are like the Goodwill and higher. Everything is going up everywhere, anyway. I'll be back to visit."
