"Ortho mattress needs to listen & help with making sure their delivery system accommodates their customers…we purchased a mattress with delivery that would be sent to Catalina Island…the Avalon freight is open from 7:30am to 4pm…their contracted delivery(is it?) refused…they would only come between 5 &9pm…what a crock…I’m returning to the store to cancel this deal & find a mattress where they work within normal parameters…they should be aware of this at the store level…"
