"A huge store with so many cool things in here straight from Japan, and the owner is super nice!"
"We love SHIBUI! The owner, Dane, is super knowledgeable and helpful. He's already helped us put together 2 kimono sets and is always willing to just show us other things that we are interested in learning about. Highly recommend stopping by, they also have an online store."
"An incredible selection of imports! There is much to see in the warehouse but even more tucked away in storage and behind every door/drawer. If you’re looking for something in particular, I recommend reaching out directly!"
"Visited this place last weekend with my siblings and friend on our visit to New York. We thoroughly enjoyed the store and its unique artifacts, furniture, and decor. However, we left on a negative note, when my sibling asked the price of a small jewelry dish, to which a young gentleman smirked and informed her that there was a $10 credit limit. My sister said that was fine and turned around to find something else in the store to buy. As she walked away she heard the young man and the owner laughing. Much to our dismay, we decided against any purchase and left. Not disappointed in the store at all, but at the service instead."
"Best surprise find. Not only did they having amazing unique pieces but the gentleman working was very engaged and educated us on the history behind each piece we were interested in. He came if very genuine and not at all salesy. My toddler was overtired and he have her some cards to entertain her and was very understanding. Great service, great pieces, reasonable prices. I will be back as often as my budget allows."
