"I went to buy a new mattress and the.floor sample seemed perfect. I was concerned a new mattress wouldn't be as comfortable and salesman told me i could buy floor sample and also gave me a discount. Unfortunately, Mattress that arrived was so uncomfortable the metal springs were poking in my back. I turned the mattress and also bought a topper and still one side of mattress was sinking lower and not possible to use. I called several times but no one is calling me back from store. I called the main office and they told me individual store needs to handle matter. Buying a new mattress is not an easy decision but if you cannot communicate with store you purchased makes the process much more difficult. I want to not blame the original salesman as he was helpful. Sadly im having a mattress nightmare."
