But if you have the budget, they are professional, trustworthy, and stand by their products like no other. And they do have sales. If you're sitting for eight hours a day at work, get an Aeron or other great chair from DWR. You will be happy."

"Authentic Herman Miller chair but received with obvious scratches on the back. No follow-up service/response after email contact. That scratch ruins my mood every time I sit on it. :( Edit later: fully resolved by DWR with a replacement, happy with the chair!"
