"I have purchased several RH items in the past, both on line, in store and at outlet. I recently bought beautiful shelves at the Long Beach store. They were in great condition when I purchased them, however when they were delivered to my car for pick up, they were completely scratched with deep groves. I requested they be wrapped when I paid for them at the register, but the store staff ignored the request and scratched the shelves so badly that I couldn’t even use them. What a shame to have such a nice product be carelessly delivered to the point where I didn’t want them. Of course they offered me nothing but a return. These were paid for and considered my product. The Manager and staff are careless and honestly do not care about customer service and this store proves that with the chipped, scratched and broken items within the store that they are trying to sell for too prices. A second hand store would have better quality. Now it makes sense. Last time I will shop at this location. I will be calling the RH customer services line to let them know that they are losing customers and clients at this location."
"RH Outlet is a fun place to find accessories for your home. They have two levels to explore. 1st floor has dining room, living room and outdoor furniture, while the 2nd upper floor had items for your bedroom and bathroom. This last time inventor was low, but I have been there when inventor is high. Deals change all the time and all sales are final. This is stated on the tags and with the sales associate at the counter. They did offer a delivery service which is priced by flat rate plus distance."
"The customer service is absolutely horrific. I was being helped by David and he is totally high browed and arrogant as if we couldn’t afford anything in there. He constantly was walking away from us when he had been helping us for less than 5 mins. We hadn’t even asked more for than a few questions. The manager/team lead Amy is even worse, instead of calling out his behavior, she endorses his behavior. I been shopping with various locations for decades and have never been treated with such demeaning attitude. Will never return."
