"To whom it may concern, Customer service I hope. I have been a very long time customer of Ethan Allen. I have purchased anything new lately but when reconstructed a new kitchen and floors, Peter Li ( Shijun) took time to visit my home in chaos and help me plan for my new counter and pendant lights. Right away we connected and he could see my taste. A great encourager in a very stressful time. It was a new interior decorator consultant for me, but perfect with his vision and capacity to integrate the old with the mew that was becoming. My kitchen project came out fabulous and his suggestions on point. I not only appreciate his patience, his kindness, professional demeanor, but how he gave me such i dividualized time and truly listened to me trying to express my needs. Spending 6 mos in construction and finally teach the end, final touches need to be right. I am thank you for have chosen Ethan Allen and pleased as always. "WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I regret ever stepping into an Ethan Allen store! It is 10 MONTHS and I still do not have my dining table & chairs! I was told 4 months when I ordered, the first table ($2,152 for table only!!) was delivered at the 6 month mark - completely damaged! The leaf was completely bowed on both sides and cracked completely through.) I sent it back upon initial delivery. They told me "you'll be top priority"... right! It's another 5 months until I'm expected to receive the new table. Overpriced from the get go!! I should have trusted my gut! I went with them thinking I'd get QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have received NEITHER! I've sent a certified letter to the CEO and am still awaiting a reply. SOOOOOO disappointed! And the store managers seem rather incompetent. Why the heck to people still shop at Ethan Allen? There is absolutely no reason to. If my table does not come when promised or is damaged again, I'm cancelling my entire order for a full refund! You have been warned. FINAL UPDATE - Yes, glad to finally have the table and chairs and be done with Ethan Allen. In conclusion - Ethan Allen is WAY overpriced, has TERRIBLE customer service, and the table & chairs are nice but NOT worth what I went through. Not sure what their problem is - manufacturing? delivery? customer service? Perhaps all three. Trust me - not worth it."

"I'm going backward in my experience, because the best was last. The delivery guys were super! They arrived on time, were courteous, respectful of my white carpet, took the time to ensure the bed was set up correctly, gave me hints as to how to move it, used care when handling my furniture. Scheduling my delivery was a little hard. I had moved and my address was not correct; despite have requested the change. Therefore, the scheduler said delivery could not be set up until I contacted my sale person. I contacted him to make the change again. It took 2.5 weeks to get it rescheduled. I didn't get a phone call back right away, I called left a message. Sales person was great. I knew what I wanted and he ensured I had the right fabric, color and style."

"This is the second room we have redecorated with the help of Paul Vidales from your Tustin location. First, he got to know us and made sure he knew the kinds of things we liked; then he assembled everything for us to see so choosing was made so easy. First, we went to the showroom to look at many items in person with his guidance. Then he brought many fabrics and pictures to our home to coordinate with what we had. He not only helped with choosing things from Ethan Allen but went the extra step to coordinate with other vendors that we wanted to use to complete the room. He gave us so much time and never made us feel rushed. We have used several decorators in the past but he is the VERY best we have ever had. He made it so easy and we love the results. I said that occasionally we asked for help with other vendors and he was so helpful and never made us feel as if we overstepped the bounds. But, I must tell you that at Ethan Allen there are so many different styles and looks and periods of furniture to choose from that I feel almost anyone can find what they love at Ethan Allen. We have."
