"** Update for below 02/20/24 I still never got a refund and they call me weekly to bother me about making my rental payment.. Today i noticed a SECOND unauthorized charge to my account. Please DO NOT use this company. For weeks they have not helped me. I even gave up hope they would process the refund and she called me early Jan to reassure me they were working on it. and nothing ever happened! They also refuse to give me a receipt unless i come in person... 12/10/23 (around the time this took place) I've had issues for the last 3 weeks on getting a refund from RAC. Tracy & Rene from this store have helped me to the best of their ability but the district manager and finical department are unhelpful at best. I would never use this company again. They swear they refunded the account but my bank hasn't received it. I call for an update every other day and the district manager has yet to call me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am actively seeking help from a lawyer. This company doesn't take its customer's seriously!"

"I haven’t gotten what I ordered on Jan 23rd, it was promised to be delivered on Jan 25th. Made a payment on the 25th and still I have not what I ordered and you guys still send me notifications that my payments is late, funny I won’t make payments for something I don’t even have."
