"It is very tempting to make a purchase. The store has a great layout, well lit, and the furniture is mid tier quality. I regret my purchase. 4 months later I am still waiting on delivery. The main furniture pieces were finished in early February. I just received a text from my sales rep the other day, March 8, stating that delivery has been delayed because the fabric chosen for my accent pillows is no longer produced (despite it being a selectable on their in store swatch). It will be another 4 weeks I was told, which doesn't comply with my work travel schedule, out of the country for 60 days min. I have no idea if or when I'll receive the merchandise."

"Horrible experience. They cheat people!! I bought a bed in this shop two years ago. The sales person tried his best to persuade me to buy a protection on my bed . He promised me to refund the money back to me five years later if I didn’t use it. So I followed his suggestion bought the protection. But it’s only a bed. I don’t think I would ever need that at all. Now two years. I went to the shop to buy something else. Another guy told me to buy protection and five years later it will become store credit. I asked it only store credit or refund the money. He said only store credit. Then I remembered the bed protection. I checked with front desk and they promised me to solve the problem and refund me the money five years later. But just now . She called me and told me this is not approved. Very bad experience. Furniture expensive and cheat on customer. Be careful with them"

"Bought a Bernhardt couch from Mathis brothers on jamboree in Irvine and had a very good experience. Both the sofa and the saleswoman who assisted us were great. We loved the sofa we bought and our saleswoman helped us in every way starting from showing us numerous sofas to explaining the options for each sofa to providing us the exact option that we wanted. They also agreed to relocate our existing sofa to another room to replace it with the new one we bought at no charge. I have fallen in love with Mathis and will definitely use it again to shop our furniture in the future. And I recommend Ashley Rios to anyone visiting this location as she is not only knowledgeable but also very warm and friendly!"
