"I ordered a washer dryer for delivery and showed up within the 30 minute window for delivery and yet the delivery person refused to deliver when he was still in the driveway saying that he has a 15 minute window. I begged him to deliver and he said NO. He did not even leave a message; I had to track the missed calls to see when they would show up. Home Depot was indifferent and said they would re-schedule for another 8 hour window. Watch out for this delivery company. Extremely arrogant and unprofessional in every which way. These delivery companies are getting out of control as all the big box retailers are dependent on them."

"On the evening of December 16, I went to this shop to look at the washing machine. A staff member explained to me in detail and patiently and answered my questions. Later, when I returned home after leaving, I found my wallet was missing. I was very worried, then one of their staff called to say that they had found a wallet, I immediately went to get my wallet, thank them very much, the staff here are great! I will shop here often!"

"I had very nice experience shopping at this local store before but not this time when I was trying to return a product. I ordered a toilet tank online but it was shattered in pieces upon delivery. I took it to the store for return but they were not able to process it because of some system glitch. The store assistant called their dot-com system support for a solution and I was told to return it through UPS. They were supposed to send me a UPS return label which I never received after waiting for 30 minutes so the store assistant wrote down the tracking number and told me UPS can print out return labels with this number. So I did. I took the 50 lbs damaged item to a nearby UPS but they won't print the label from the tracking number. I was extremely frustrated at Home Depot when they constantly gave wrong instructions to customers. I had to carry the heavy item back and asked to see their store manager, Glen. Glen went through the return process again and blatantly told me to go home and wait. There is nothing he can do and there is no solution. He does not care if a customer has wasted 2 hours carrying a broken item back and forth. At the end of the day, I am home with this damaged product and no clue on how to return it."

"This location always has new plants available. Bought a blueberry shrub years ago and still growing. Lots of options to choose from. Currently, they have fruit trees, berries, and lots of roses. Check out the photos to see. The price is also reasonable too."
