"Unfortunately, I didn’t have the greatest experience with this furniture store or with the owner. Definitely a less than pleasurable experience and it’s highly unlikely that I will ever shop with them again. Their furniture is beautiful and of good quality, but my problem was with the customer service I received. I ordered a bedroom set (plus 2 night stands), a vanity and a dining set and paid for delivery and assembly. The bedroom set I ordered was gray in color but at time of delivery, I noticed they brought a white set. Just to make things easier on everyone, I accepted the white set that was brought. Half way through the set up, I noticed that the night stands were missing. I brought it to the delivery drivers attention and he said not to worry, it would be delivered in 2 days. I didn’t end up receiving them until over a month later after several back and forths with the owner, Michelle. While she did offer different solutions, there were several encounters in which she was blatantly rude. I would send messages which I felt were being ignored but the very moment I would say that I was just going to file a case with small claims court, suddenly responses would improve… I was told I would receive a $250 credit for the mishaps with my order but that did not happen (not entirely surprised). Also, as aforementioned, I paid for full white glove service. Everything I ordered was to be delivered and assembled. When the night stands were delivered my Michelle’s nephew, I told him I paid for assembly, to which he responded, “well, that’s not my problem, I was instructed to do drop off only so you’ll have to take that up with Michelle.” I ended up having to unbox and set up for something I had already paid to be done. Like I said, the furniture is nice. The customer service, not so much."
