"Beautiful show rooms and pleasant staff. Delivery to remote locations is a problem. The scheduler is very nice and indicates the days delivery is available in your area. A few days before the scheduled delivery, a supervisor calls and tells you a completely different schedule without options. There is zero communication between the scheduler and delivery operations."
