"I would not recommend Carlos Rios to anyone who needs a reliable carpet and flooring guy. I had an appointment with Carlos Rios booked and confirmed. He even came to my home to provide an in-person estimate which we agreed to the terms, price and date/time of his appointment. Then after a few reminders of the scheduled date and time, he completely ghosted me. No warning whatsoever and he left me in a huge lurch since I was selling my home. On the morning of our appointment I initially texted him as we had texted before, then I called him numerous times asking for an update on his ETA. I texted him numerous times and called him numerous times to no avail. After a few hours it became clear that he was not going to show up. I thought that maybe something terrible had happened but a friend of mine called him asking for a new estimate for work, and he got back to them pretty quickly. I do not recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a reliable carpet and flooring guy. Chances are too high he'll just ghost you with no warning if he gets a more desirable job. A professional would call and explain the situation if they were double booked or whatever it may be. Not Carlos, he just will ghost you with no warning leaving you to scramble to figure out what to do next and if you are in a time crunch you might be out of luck as I was."
