Sleep Number

"Although I like my mattress for the most part, a few things kept my experience from being a great one. A guy named Clay wouldn't help me with a couple simple requests: I needed to cancel the bed frame from my order, but instead of Clay going into the system himself and doing it within minutes-- he made me call customer service and wait for an hour and 15 minutes to make the cancellation. Also, the call dropped because of high call volume 4 times before they actually took my call. It was 5 hours of time wasted. FIVE HOURS. Also, there was a promotion where if you were referred by a previous customer they would give a $100 gift card to the person that referred you (in this case my father). But because my dad got his bed from a TV offer it wasn't valid? He didn't even try to help me out. He could have easily made a gift card for my father (in which I would never have even attempted to get one of these mattresses without him). Dude was just worthless, man"

"Brad was super helpful. We love our Sleep Number bed and always come here for all our bedding. Their new location on Dublin Blvd. is more convenient and brighter. We can't wait until we're ready for a new bed! This is definitely where we'll come first!"

"Bed shopping is the worst!!! So many choices and options to consider. It’s a big investment of money and time. Brad and Alexis made this overwhelming process as smooth as any bed buying process could be. We are so so so grateful to have had them help us. Brad helped us initially and really took his time explaining all the different bed types and options. He didn’t put pressure on us to make a decision and was patient with us. He had an answer for all of our questions and explained everything we needed to know really well. Both Brad and Alexis helped us get our financing in order. They even called us to give us UNEXPECTED AND AWESOME news that they had a better promotion that we qualified for and that our sales price would be less than we expected. They helped us pick perfect sheets to purchase with some of the money we saved. They set up our delivery and kept us informed every step of the way. We stopped in a few times to look at their pillow selection and ended up buying two pillows with the rewards we incurred on our sleep iq app (which Alexis hammered into our brains to take advantage of). We have had a few issues with our bed and bedding and each time, these two have taken care of every need or problem we have had that same day. They never batted an eye and helped us find what solution would work best for us. We now just stop by the store just to say hi because we love these two so much for helping us find a bed and bedding that was comfortable. Most of all though, we stop by to see them just to say hi because they are such nice people. I would recommend these two to anyone looking for a bed."

"My mom just had a stroke and when she returned home, we decided it was time to buy her a new sleep number. This was her second one, however the service has really declined. I made sure I paid for her to get delivery, set up, and haul away her old bed; I made sure it would be a smooth delivery as she is easily upset after her stroke. She is 81 years old and the delivery drivers left the old base in her backyard and said it wasn’t their equipment, so they won’t haul it away. What a horrible way to treat disabled and elderly people. Don’t buy from them! When you pay for haul away service, they should take care of it and do their jobs."

"My mom and I went into Sleep Number in the Stoneridge Mall to look at beds. We met with an employee who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were allowed & encouraged to test out each bed to get a sense of what we liked. Andy, the store manager, was AWESOME! Such a friendly and funny guy! He knew everything and made it an overall wonderful experience for both of us. We asked tons of questions and took our time. We were not rushed at all, although they were pretty busy. We planned to test out the i8 smart beds, but ultimately purchased the i10 360 smart beds. We liked the i8, but loved the i10. My mom bought the split cal-king & I purchased a queen. We also bought mattress protectors and sheets to fit our beds. We cannot wait to receive our new mattresses!! We had a great experience and will definitely be back for future purchases!
