"Extremely disappointed in this company, their empty promises and lack of customer service. Two months of emails, calls and waiting for an anniversary gift to be shipped, then they send an email cancelling the order because they couldn't find a shipping company to do it for what their team estimated and I paid for (I would've been totally fine with them being upfront and honest about their ability to ship the item to my location). Instead, their lack of professionalism, problem solving and connections has me without the table, a delayed refund and having to source this item again. If you order from them, don't expect anything to happen. They had zero answers and every promise to "make it right" ended up being lip service."

"The Local Flea is UNBELIEVABLE! We came across them after reading an article at SFGate and went and checked out their online catalog. Immediately found a large framed painting and ordered it for delivery. Just the frame was worth more than they were charging for it. They got back to us immediately and set up a delivery time. In the meantime, we looked around some more and came across a beautiful 55" round granite table. We wrote them immediately and asked if it would be possible to get it delivered at the same time as the painting. They agreed and, despite the table being huge and weighing a ton (almost literally), they didn't charge more for the delivery. When the delivery arrived, on-time, the granite pedestal for the table was damaged and taped together. It would take some work, but it was fixable, so we accepted delivery since the table was so beautiful and a steal at the price. It did appear to us that the damage was probably caused by the delivery company. We wrote to The Local Flea and explained the problem and sent photos of the damage. They got back to us immediately and offered an extremely generous adjustment. They are obviously willing to go well above and beyond to make the customer happy. We were able to get the table repaired and it is beyond beautiful. The Local Flea is an honest, reputable, and customer-oriented business that we look forward to purchasing from again. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Tons of high quality merchandise at rock bottom prices and the best customer service we have found anywhere. Do yourself a favor and check them out."

"I ordered two ellipticals online from them with delivery. The prices were out of this world affordable. It was a huge blessing finding out about them after my old elliptical broke down. Their customer service is next level. Everything about my delivery went according to plan and they answered my phone calls and emails. It was easy to contact them with questions and every single person I had contact with was very amiable and helpful. When one of the ellipticals I ordered was missing a screw, they looked for it and when they couldn't find it, they offered me a 50% discount or a refund. I didn't even have to ask. They didn't give me a hard time at all. It was very easy and pleasant. I would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend."

A perfect place for people moving to San Francisco or are looking for older and high quality furniture (or bicycles, equipment for working out, paintings etc.) A very friendly and informative owner/leader with great energy. The prices are the lowest I've seen in similar flea markets - most second hand stores have much higher prices. According to the owner, new items arrives every week."
