"Bought a scale to the .01 the lady puts a nickel on it and it reads 4.93 instead of 5 grams. I asked her if we could calibrate the scale with one of the weights she has behind the glass. She told me "No, we don't calibrate scales here. Now you want this one or do I need to grab a different one?" I said "don't worry about it have extra weights at home". It literally takes 5 seconds to calibrate a scale. That lady needs to be put in a home."

"Good prices on glass. Questionable quality considering I bought a dab rig there and the banger the gave with it was cracked already. They told me it was final sale no refund or exchange when they sold me a broken piece. At least I got a decent deal on the rig and I’ll be buying a nicer banger later just not from this store"

"I have gone into the store twice now and both times been welcomed and all my cigar questions answered. I got a beauty of a torch lighter and some very pleasant conversation with the friendly lady behind the counter. What a selection of pipes and other glass items. Looks as if the store has just about something for anyone. If your a smoker this is your store, friendly service and as vast selection of items. I enjoy going in and getting my butane and a chat with the lady that runs the store."

"Been here a few times I called they had what I needed for my mini keg but the old lady was a biii because i asked questions literally a 1 min phone call. So i went elsewhere not coming back. Glassware is lacking but good pricing in general."
