"Love their coffee. Donuts are not so great; they don't taste fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I always get drive-through and order thru the app. Their employees need to be better at customer service."

"Not a single person employed here knows how to make a latte. They serve milk. I can only get a proper drink if I drive off base"

"All was well until until two women walked in, one holding a dog. They were very familiar with the staff and they then proceeded to walk behind the counter and into the back area where presumably food is prepared, baked, and cooked. They spent a few minutes back there then came back still holding the dog, accompanied by several employees in black shirts and one employee in a blue shirt. They went outside to talk. The woman in the blue work shirt held the dog for quite a while. Meanwhile, a line of patrons had grown to the extent it was out the door and the employees still working were overwhelmed. All the while, the 4 or 5 other employees and two women spoke outside while holding and petting the dog. Then, they went back inside and resumed food handling and serving patrons after having held a dog. Dog hair donuts and bagels. Clearly this was an amazing experience. Perhaps MCCS should be more involved with vendors, there employees they hire, and their behavior while handling and serving food."

"They should never send out donuts looking like these. I was so embarrassed, when I open the box. Since it wasn't for me. Hazelnut Coffee is sweeter then the donuts, I could probably get diabetes from. They gave me 3-4 pumps. When they ONLY need 2. The man I spoke to over the phone about the donuts was rude. He probably made them. They look terrible man!"
