"Very shady business. My minors counsel Lori Brooks recommended this place and told me to wait for the coordinator to call me. After a month with nothing I called and was told she had left me multiple voicemails. When I asked what phone number she called and when so I could inform my phone provider that I wasn’t getting not one but two voicemails, she became super rude, wouldn’t tell me. She then informed Lori Brooks she wouldn’t work with me because of our interaction. If they are staffing their company with people that will lie about something like this, how would you trust what they repost back to the courts? Super shady dishonest organization. Stay away if you’re looking for integrity and honesty!!!! A little unnerving that Mrs. Brooks would even recommend this place…."

"False advertisement, fraudulent, has more than one name for their businesses writes false reports on people very unprofessional . They’re three names for the same business include but not limited to : “healloveplay” “family and children counseling services” and “professionally supervised visits”. They scam people on money. Have Lack of communication has not returned my call or email one time but reaches out to charge me money for texting in advance to tell them my availability with my schedule. They punished me and charged me 50$ for texting that I wasn’t available in advance and told me on June 30th to mail in my money order by July 5th or I’d have to pay an additional 150$ which was an unrealistic expectation seeing how mail doesn’t run Sunday, and was not running July 4th for the Holliday. . They have taken advantage of me and my family at our most vulnerable time and have favored the other parent too which goes against their policy’s."

This is a bit of a drive for me, but I have had no trouble scheduling appointments that fit with my schedule going so far as telehealth visits and they were even willing to work out some details with my insurance company. 5weeks in and I have no complaints"
