"weather accordingly, I like going to do a painting in the park! paint with preet any age, background, level welcome all you need is your self 25$ donation Fridays 1-3 get your amazing skills on, meditative fun"

"Helped out with an event! It was Awsome and so is Santee Lakes! This park is so clean so peaceful and lots of space! U can go fishing ride on the paddle boats camp out or just relax! Fun safe place to take your children grandchildren the whole family! I love this park! Hadn’t been here for years! I was in awww’s when I saw it! I plan on taking my grandson next week! I believe it’s a $6 charge to come park inside but it’s worth every penny! They also have kids play grounds ! I would give this park 10 stars oh and the ranger’s are always making their rounds! Feels good knowing they are driving around keeping an eye out! I believe the park closes at 6pm but u can camp out there! If u have never been there I suggest u go check it out!"

"Love all the variety of ducks to feed and the smell of fresh cut grass first thing in the morning :) Duck food sold at General Store for $1"

"First time there and most likely will return! Pros: Plenty of space for walking, fishing, lounging and sightseeing. Cons: Not really a con but the parking isn't the greatest, this is mostly as a result of the current construction which by the looks of it will make this place even more attractive."
