"I’ve been looking for a new dental office for my kiddos and found this office, read through the reviews and did not like what I saw about “Ana” but decided to book anyway. To my surprise it was “Ana” who picked up the phone and assisted me with booking appointments for my children. She was fantastic, very helpful, and sweet. I look forward to my appointment later on with my kids!"

"Today’s visit was totally awful and unpleasant atmosphere. A girl name Lena was very unpleasant and she looks like she is not happy with her job! The way she talks to me and explain things like she hated to be there. First of all she doesn’t greet you. Second, she doesn’t know how to apologize. Which there was an error on their part. That should’ve been taking care of a long time ago it almost been a year, and I just found out today.All she has to say is I apologize for misunderstanding. But NO! I don’t care who she is! We spent a lot of money on that dental office 4 people including me got braces and always paid them full. I always have fun and doesn’t have any problem with other staff. They know me as happy patient and never complain. Except today!! If she will be the person that I have to deal with, I will just take my business somewhere else. I just have to finish our treatment since it’s already been paid for. and take my other kids get their braces and treatment somewhere else."

"Dr Brandon and his assistants Liz and Amanda were so accommodating during our visit. Liz answered all of our questions during the consultation and was so friendly. Dr Brandon explained everything he was going to do and showed my child all of his instruments he was going to use during her procedure, then explained things as he was going. Amanda made sure she was comfortable and even let her pick what movie she got to watch before starting. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for any children’s dental work."
