"So I love shopping a little private owned smoke shops however this one has no integrity. I purchased a vape battery last week and was assured that it would work great. I was not given any other options to look at, so I bought it. My first time attempting to charge it and the whole thing came apart. Wires fell out of charger and the whole connection piece came out of the battery. I tried to call and have something resolved and not only did he tell me there was nothing he would do, he also tried to argue that I didn't purchase it from there. Never again. I live down the street and will NEVER purchase from this scammer again."

"I had a super bad experience at this smoke shop. Owner was trying to overcharge on 5pack Backwoods singular packs and boxes. On average a 5 pack of Backwood sells for $7.50-$8.00. The owner of this store was selling an OPEN box of woods for $86 and a single pack for $10.75 each. Owner then yelled at me and was super disrespectful when I showed him I was able to purchase a box of Backwoods for $62 minutes after leaving his store."

"This smoke shop sell broken electronics and does not do returns nor exchanges I recently Bought a wax pen from here and the owner was very rude and said he could not do a return for my item even though the item was bought 2 days ago and did not mention to test the item in case it does not work. This smoke shop is far from even a business and sell products like they are off the streets."

"Bought a Swag Slim battery, got it home charged it and it didn't work. Went to return it with receipt and was denied am exchange for the same product or refund. Terrible customer service."
