"Horrible daycare center, rude staff, and very racist towards certain minorities! Staff would stand at the door to watch what time I signed in, and company refused to take complaints. I’d rather sweep the ocean than send my kids here again."

"This child care center is horrible. The staff are incompetent and rude need better customer service. They act as if they’re just there to “watch” your kid and they don’t really take care of them. My grandson got sick the minute he stepped foot in their facility and continued getting sick his entire duration of enrollment; so bad that I demanded my daughter withdraw his enrollment and find another center. It’s complete NEGLECT when you allow a child to go all day in your facility without any shoes on! Instead of calling the parent and requesting another pair of shoes due to a potty training accident I picked up my child without any shoes on and they never even called. They refused to cater to his eating habits and thought it was okay for weeks day after day allowing my grandson to only have milk for lunch causing to have a serious case of diarrhea and vomiting he was always so hungry when we picked him up!! When I tried to report this to a staff member she was rude and unprofessional, incompetent, dismissive, showed a great LACK of compassion or concern and stated she couldn’t take a complaint from the grandparent. I also picked him up and he had snot all over his face the staff acting like they couldn’t put on gloves and clean his face or just require the parent to pick him up due to runny nose!!! They’re extremely petty over the drop off and pick up and other small things! Since I pulled my grandson out of this facility HE HAS NOT BEEN SICK AT ALL!!!! This facility is very filled with germs due to lack of proper sanitizing and picking and choosing which kids are allowed to attend although they aren’t 100% well to return to the center therefore infecting all the other kids! They think they’re really doing something by making a big deal over a mask yet the facility is full of germs!!! I believe they aren’t monitoring expiration dates on food items being given to the children. I certainly do not appreciate the experience we received from this center and I highly DO NOT recommend sending your child here!! This place should be closed due to NEGLIGENCE!!!"
