"This was my first time here........Where should I start, I scheduled a birthday party with this place in confidence that I would be satisfied. My event got rescheduled twice because my event was interfering with a party twice....then they text me and tell me I only have two choices keep my time and rush to set up and leave or change my time and rush to set up and rushed out of the facility before my kids play time was up which was basically when the building was getting ready to close at 8pm, but no we were rushed to set up only a few balloons our 3 tables, didn't get the chance to eat or open presents, rushed to sing happy birthday so it wasn't meaningful because while we're singing happy birthday and telling people thank you for coming we get interrupted in what was suppose to be a memorable moment for all of us for someone to keep telling us what time we had to clean up and leave which was very rude. And straight after that we had to take everything back down that we set up, because at the last minute they told us a different party who paid more is taking over the building so we have to leave, even though they know they messed up our event, even though they took our money, even though they told us to settle with a $60 3 day pass, so I just respectfully took the 3 day pass cause i had no other option especially not getting my money back I feel we were not treated with respect, once I agreed to change my schedule time I was ok with I agreed to the 3 day pass, BUT they waited till I paid the full amount to tell me another party was taking over the building even though they told me I can stay all day to let my kids play which was 8pm but NO they only let us play for 1hr then gave us the boot. I don't think it was fair at all how we were treated my family or friends, we didn't get to enjoy the facility at all, and it sucks cause its a nice place for kids but I can easily see money is the only thing that matters not how the customers experience Is or was, theyll do anything for a quick buck I guess cause they really need it so why not take where it's convenient right?? My overall experience I will never suggest anyone goes here unless your willing to pay top dollar cause then you'll be treated like royalty only cause of your money not because they actually care if you enjoyed yourself. They need to let someone else run that place that is more considerate and has more experience with organizations and respect, I know business is business but they need to be fired. Negative 0 stars to be honest."

"Great deal for the entire day and nice for parents to be able to relax nearby. Had a play date on a Sunday here with my friend and we were able to talk while watching our kids. Staff was patient with my toddler when she went it to their area. Will be going back."

"Inside the LB shopping center next to Sam's Club. Pretty awesome place if you want a child to have fun jumping. There's an area to sit and wait while they play. Or you can go inside and watch them from outside the jumper. Gonna be as clean as the people who go there but they took good care. Everyone was nice. Price was fair. Tons of parking. Restroom. Food nearby. If you get unlimited all day pass then you can leave to eat then come back."

"First time taking my younger grandbabies here. It's a new little place to take them and just let'em run and play until tiredness takes over and of course your time runs out! ! chose the 30 minutes for $15 for each child."

"My 6 year old and my 4 year old daughters loved it. Price is fair. Clean. They do have space for maybe 2 more jumpers. Good place for younger kids regardless!"
