"I wish I could give this place 10 stars because of how great of a shop it is. The entire staff gives the best service you’ll ever experience and has changed since my fist time here 7 years ago. I’m from Los Angeles and this is still the best all around smoke&Vape shop I’ve ever been to and won’t buy anywhere because they carry everything I need at the best prices. Shout out to Mable Tammy, Kenna & Ashley and everyone else here who always takes care of me & kudos to the owner for running such an amazing business and sustaining it the way you have even during covid."

"Soo, I went in to buy juice for a vape was told that I needed to sign up online or use their tablet, which during that process I would need to forfeit my info such as email, my credit/debit card info, and upload pictures of my ID OR ELSE I WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PURCHASE WHAT I WANTED. What the heck? Why have a store front????? I was gonna leave 3 stars but after writing this I realized a 2 star review is more appropriate. Is it even legal for stores to operate this way and request THAT much information???? Imagine if bars and liquor stores operated this way. They didn’t even have a “good” selection…"

"Hollister Vape is the best vape store in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The staff are exceptional. Always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, they provide an excellent experience every visit. She has always gone above and beyond to help, not simply lead me to new brands with a positive and cheerful personality, and certainly has contributed to Hollister Vape being the best place for vapes."

"Great smoke shop. They have a huge selection of everything except cigarettes or rolling tobacco. Instead there is a huge emphasis on vape products and cannabis. What stood out for me aside from the selection was the service. The shop wasn't busy so the gal at the counter gave me her full attention and answered all my questions in detail. I have visited all the smoke shops in goleta and isla Vista and this is definitely my favorite."
