"There is a great cigar lounge in Fremont that allows you to bring in your own cigars. They know that is better than causing resentment. Happy customers means while smoking other cigars they will make other purchases while enjoying its ambiance. There, I smoke my own cigars. Because I like the people, I have spent a lot of money purchasing pipe tobacco and other accessories. I made a purchase in your store, and you refused to allow me to use the lounge for that same reason. I haven’t been back since and refuse to spend a dime in your store. It would be nice to have a place for me and my friends, who smoke a lot of cigars, to hang out in Pleasanton. I can’t hang in a place where I am not welcome. In the mean time, I will continue to enjoy the welcoming arms of Fremont where we can drink and play dominoes and are accommodated to stay an extra hour or so after they close the registers. I have yet to see the front of their store empty."

"Spent over an hour in here today speaking with Corey. I am a relatively new cigar smoker and I had tons of questions and I'm sure some of them were obvious and rookie questions, but I was made to feel they were valid and Corey has the enthusiasm and knowledge to answer them all thoroughly. Compared to some of the other tobacco shops in the area, this place has a great selection of cigars, and all things cigar related. Once the covid-19 restrictions are lifted I look forward to not only using the smoking lounge but continuing to do business with this shop. Corey was even nice enough to season a humidor I purchased. Great experience and very satisfying purchases."
