"BEWARE! From the beginning of our first interaction with Barbara was extremely negative. My wife had gone in to talk with her about starting day care with them and had set up a tentative date to start as the next day (mind you, we had never signed any paperwork or any formalities) the next day something had come up and my wife called to let her know that we would not be able to start that day. Without regards to the reasoning, she made a decision that we were no longer allowed there. After my wife explained the situation, she decided to change her mind. At that point we no longer desired to deal with this lady anymore but unfortunately did not have much of a choice. We made an agreement for about a month. Fast forward a week later. My wife goes to pick our son up and is abruptly given a 2 week notice that we are no longer welcome there due to our 7month old son crying. (Did not realize it was unusual for 7 month olds to cry). On top of this, when my wife walked in, our child was crying and not being taken care of. She also mentioned that the day she was supposed to watch him that she would not be available and that her husband would be taking care of the children but that we should probably not leave him there because he would just allow our son to cry. I do not recommend this place to anyone. She is unreasonable and will become agitated with those that do not bend to her every will. If your child means anything more to you than a by-product of a good time in the back of a car at an Aerosmith concert then heed my warning; proceed with caution."
