"Cashier was rude about me using the bathroom even though I paid for food first.. every single item I got had only vegetables and 1 piece of meat. If I wanted just broccoli I would have chose that option and would be paying less. The firecracker shrimp had 2 pieces of shrimp, the mushroom chicken had 1 piece of chicken. I reported my experience to their customer service and never received any response. Terrible experience and I won’t be going back."
"Statement of fact. If you have a bad experience or bad order regardless you will be directed to a 1800 number (By management*). I was served undercooked/soggy chicken and asked if I'd be able to exchange the uneaten food for more prepared chicken. Denied and directed to 1800 Human interaction was wonderful up until management denied any form of Reconciliation"
"I really enjoy their mushroom chicken, but unfortunately, it always seems like it's not fresh. Every time I go in there i'm faced with the same dilemma and leave frustrated. They do have good sauces I'll give them that. If you go there, give yourself enough time, so you can wait to get your food made fresh."
