"I must give a shout out to Charles who works here at the Starbucks located inside the Safeway on Mission west side! I watched him take his time to help a younger boy help him figure out the balance on his gift card and also take special care with his younger sister. When I stepped up to order my brew, he was so helpful and polite with a great sense of humor! It’s so nice to see people like Charles after getting coffee at 11th hour on the west side where the barista and the very watered down coffee there left me with a very different impression. Shout out to Charles at Starbucks in Safeway!! Not only did he make me a nice cup of joe but he was kind, helpful and obviously cares about the patrons:)"

"This used to be my home location when I lived on this side of town. Now I only stop when I’m passing through on the way back home. Happy Thanksgiving! I’m on this side of town, so I stopped in for a cinnamon dulce latte, which is my favorite hot drink at Starbucks. I like that it’s mellow and not overpowering in flavor. This is a newer Starbucks, so it’s pretty modern. It’s close to UCSC campus, so you’ll often find a lot of students here studying or people here working on their laptops. Nice location and friendly staff. They also make good drinks! Mission and Dufour Starbucks, I’ll be back!"

"Beautiful starbucks, with plenty of parking in the back. Great seating area with high ceilings, makes the place look like an industrial feeling place. I love the walls with the tiles structure, with wood wall of books. The Starbucks team picks a customer of the week, so be nice and treat them well! You should do that anyways!"
