"This spot used to be the best with Lou at the helm, but unfortunately the new ownership has turned it into an overpriced convenience store where there're no prices listed on things, the selection of drinks is boring and unattended. It's just no longer fun or warm to visit. They basically buy Costco inventory and sell it back to you at a markup. Spend your money at an more neighborhood connected place like Lucca's on Irving."

"Out of all the length of 19th Avenue, theres only 1 liquor store and corner store and this is the place. The store is a smaller sized one with a lot of time in the area. Still the same owner and hes a entertaining guy along with his wife. Decent wine selection, decent beer variety and good liquor options. No deli however, but they do have some ice creams."

"When in to buy a lighter and carded me and I politely asked ; even for a lighter? And then I asked do I look 21? Then he was severely anger that he even brought that up, and said that I card for everything. I wasn’t bothered by that by the fact he had to card me it was the fact that he was so rude and couldn’t be bothered with this simple transaction tells me this store should be out of business. He also kept calling me a boy, i’m not sure what was up this guys asked today but he was on another level and he seriously needs to take a day off or be fired"
