"I have a child that goes to Little Leaderz daycare and this has been the best decision for our kid. Shana and her team are amazing with kids! They have very well planned out activities with them and have a very thorough, meticulous schedule for the kids each day. They do new activities all year round and celebrate every holiday and occasion with great enthusiasm. They have a very good and nutritious variety of food they offer to kids as well. My child has blossomed a lot at little leaderz and we all (parents and child) love this daycare!"

"We are so grateful to little leaderz and Mrs. Shana for nurturing our son and for being apart of our village. Our son has been going here for a little over a year and even on his days off he asks “go see mrs Shana!” We have experienced nothing but great communication and growth here, our son loves it (no tears drop offs!) and mrs Shana has been so great at working with our changing life schedules. We have had to adjust our days and times certain months and even utilized her after hours program for date nights and I’m so grateful for the flexibility little leaderz offers. The meals are healthy and not just frozen food items, they are well planned out and fresh, our son does a lot of learning activities, music, art, yoga, outside park days, sensory play, parties for holidays and birthdays, etc. This program has been a huge safe space for our son to grow and for mom & dad to work peacefully knowing how well taken care of he is. A couple musts when choosing childcare (aside from the obvious safety things!) were flexible scheduling and someone kind who can help a first time momma with concerns or offer advice. Mrs. Shana has gone above and beyond in those areas as well. We will be truly sad to leave when our son moves onto pre school. But In sum, I highly recommend little leaderz to be apart of anyone’s village!"

"Until recently my son attended in Little Leaderz for about a year from age1 to 2. I can say this place was the best choice for him and my family. Others already have commented on how they were happy about time flexibility, professionalism, warm care, etc. and those are so true. One more thing I'd live to emphasize is how careful they choose their food. They only prepare natural and healthy food, and they will also give dietary advice if you ask. This place greatly helped us with our smooth transition and I'd highly reccommend it."

"When we moved to California, we were in search of a reliable and caring daycare for our son. It was his first time joining a daycare. We researched and visited a lot of daycares and chose Little Leaderz at the end of our search. We chose Little Leaderz because of their flexible hours and availability. When we visited the daycare, the daycare was very clean, organized and the kids looked happy. You can tell the kids love Shana. Shana is very patient, kind, and has each kid's best interest at heart. She is seriously great at what she does. Shana did a great job with helping our son (and us) with transitioning to the daycare. She sent us pictures and updates, and made the transition very smooth. Shana celebrates holidays and each kid's birthday. Each kid’s birthday is a special day with their favorite food and their favorite activities. When the pandemic started, Little Leaderz daycare adapted quickly. They implemented precautions that have been working great. Little Leaderz daycare means a lot to us because they are like our family support away from family. Our son loves it there; he acts like it is his second home. Shana and her assistant sincerely take a special interest in each kid and their development. In addition, the scheduled activities are amazing (cooking, arts and craft, and yoga just to name a few). The kids have a lot of fun while learning. We have been with Little Leaderz for over a year, and we appreciate everything they have done for our son. I would recommend this daycare to anyone."
