The locker rooms are neat as a pin. The ambiance is exactly what you’d want it to be at a spa. I also appreciate the lemon water that you’re encouraged to drink before and after your session to stay hydrated. I’d definitely recommend."

"The experience I had at dolce vita was absolutely incredible. It exceeded all of my expectations, ten fold. Best massage I've ever had in my life, hands down. Everything about it was so amazing. "Recently visited this place, never spent this much on a couples massage, but I must say it was worth every penny and more. The staff when you arrive is very inviting and friendly, and the establishment is absolutely gorgeous. They walk you to the locker room, where you change into your robe they provide as well as sandals, very clean in the locker room. Then taken to the private couples package room with a jacuzzi tub, it felt like we were transported to another world, luxurious, peaceful, exquisite. After our time in the tub, we’re greeted by our two massage therapists, I don’t remember their name but both were from Ukraine, extremely pleasant and both massages were AMAZING! I literally fell asleep during I was so relaxed. Normally I wouldn’t recommend a more expensive package like this but I understand why now and I will definitely be back, this was beyond 5 star treatment from start to finish. A huge thank you to all the staff who helped us make our experience unforgettable."

"I got a luxury spa day package for a bachelorette party of 7 with the sauna add on for everyone. The sauna was nice, but cramped and barely seated everyone. The private room was large and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, but was not private as it opened to a hallway of massage rooms and to the lobby. When done with the sauna the party sat in the private room for a bit without engagement, so I needed to initiate the salt soaks and drinks that came with the package. The treats and drinks provided were super nice and we were able to bring our own as well. When checking out, one of the line items wasn't discounted which should've been and I had to come back to pay for someone in the party that was left out of the initial charge as it seemed their system was malfunctioning. While on my drive out, I was called and asked to provide my credit card details to fulfill the refund, but immediately after I was told a minimum tip of 10% would also be charged. I felt that was shady as that wasn't explained to me at the time of the charge and I was able to select no tip while being charged. My comment was dismissed as it being a policy outlined on the website. If this is a policy it needs to be integrated into the system they're using or as it's own line item charge as a forced gratuity instead of calling and charging after the fact. That was truly an uncomfortable feeling to give my card information for a refund then immediately being told I'd also be receiving a charge. Overall the experience was fun but the packages don't provide enough to warrant their steep costs and I wish they were more transparent."
