"I went there with family and they did an amazing job with the female cuts, but when it came to me the only guy I had seen in there I told her what I wanted she said she could do that easily. When we’re almost done she deicdes to tell me she doesn’t really cut men’s hair. It not the worst cut I’ve ever gotten but it was pretty butchered and way too short! For what a cut costs almost $50 they should warn you they primarily do women’s cuts."

"I use to go to this salon, for the spa.On SEVERAL ocassions the treatment would change when I was getting a facial,such as adding a peel to my facial,and I would ALWAYS ask what the fee would be before the treatment was done.When it came timw for me to pay it was ALWAYS more then what I was qouted.After this happened to me twice in a row I stopped going here.I work with the public and also handle cash transactions and dishonesty and shady business practices I do not tolerate!"

"I went to the Atrium today to get a pedicure with a gift card I had received from a student three years before. I filled out a new visitor card as I had never been in before. After I got the pedicure (which was very mediocre at best) I presented my $60 gift card. I was told that the balance was only $7. Long story short I had to pay my balance and was called back later with the explanation that the card was used by the parent/friend who originally gave me the card. Apparently she used it a a year ago. I was confused as I had the card in my procession for 3 years. Apparently they didn't require the card to be In the procession of the person (just the number on the card) and allowed the amount to be used. What kind of business does that? Anyone could have come in and given them a number and used the money... Also, how embarrassing is it for the person who purchased it...The business gave out her name to an upset customer and completely threw her under the bus! The young receptionist was accusatory when I said I had never used the card and rolled her eyes. VERY POOR BUSINESS!! Do not go here!!! Very unprofessional. I will look into this more, but I think theyay be lying about the amount being used. I believe they are scamming people and possibly someone is pocketing extra money."
