"The most horrible customer service I have experienced. I called to check status on my medication, after a week of my medication being in ‘process.’ The tech, Jessica I spoke to was rude both times I spoke with her. I called back a third time and spoke to someone different to inform them my doctors office was waiting on them for information, she spoke over me and was just as rude, would not let me speak. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager, after telling me she wasn’t when I first started speaking to her. I am appalled by the customer service I have received today. This pharmacy literally treated me as a number, as if they are herding cattle."

"This is the BEST CVS Pharmacy ! Evelyn in the pharmacy treats ever patient with great professionalism and care. She never puts you on a long hold , always ready and willing to help. I drive an extra 15 miles just to get my prescriptions from her. My doctors office can't say enough positive things about Evelyn . She is so good that they are recommending her location because they know they will receive great patient care. Thank you Evelyn for being so awesome!"

"I would like to share that they have an employee in their pharmacy there her name is Maryanne Hartman and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. This woman works really hard and she’s helped me so many times I can’t even tell you and she doesn’t have to do it but she does it anyway because you know why she’s a hard worker and she believes in doing the best job she can possibly do. I admire her and I think she deserves the appropriate recognition for what she does. Thank goodness for people like her!"

"You have 2 out of 10 employees who are really nice. The rest are just so slow, don't greet you nicely, just rude. That's the pharmacy section which is where customer service and knowledge is most important. It is to the extreme. One pharmacist worked with my insurance to get my medications covered for me and gave me some medicine until the prescription was filled. Another pharmacy tech just said my prescription just wasn't filled. She didn't say when it would be, she just was dismissive every time I came in. I never want to play the race card. The woman was so pleasant with white customers and I helped the mexican customers when I saw her just not even acknowledge them ."

"The by far the best pharmacy I have been too. The staff are great and really make an extra effort to male sure my prescriptions are filled on time. And the pharmacist Toni is the man! He really makes it a great environment and he does everything he can to make sure I'm in good hands. I will continue to go to this particular pharmacy even if I have to drive the extra miles to get there"
