"Very unfortunately this is my least favorite Ulta. I don't know what goes on in this store? There seems to be an overload of sales associates on the floor. I am constantly if I need any help.? To the point where it gets annoying. Many times I have left this particular location before I was actually ready to. Simply, because I cannot seem to walk through this store and try on testers without feeling constantly harassed. Sadly, this store is only about three blocks away from my home. I myself have a huge background in retail. And have no understanding of how these employees have been trained?"

"Ulta Beauty in San Marcos on Las Posas Rd. Accessibility: there are two handicap parking spaces in front of the store two doors down from Ulta..other than that you might have to park a little farther out because the parking lot is always busy. The door entering the building is a pull door and it's all flat-ground. Experience: there are lots of employees in here ready to help. I was wondering around looking for something and 3 separate employees came up and asked if I needed help...that was really nice and helpful. Sometimes it feels really intimidating walking in here but if you ask for help, everyone is very nice. The employees are very kind and knowledgeable about make up and skin care. Jasmine in the Juice beauty section helped me find things to improve my skin care routine. Thanks so much!"
