"This is the best nail salon in all North county san diego. All of the nail technicians are extremely talented and professional. Excellent customer service. Nails are done with care and precision using modern up to date techniques. I come here 3x per month and the nail tech always exceeds my expectations, they are artistic and work with care. "I was dissatisfied with their customer service. I came in to get gel polish and booked an hour long appointment. Got there on time and the girl started working, 15 minutes before the end of my appointment(we only did one coat of polish) then her next one arrived so she passed me on to her colleagues to finish up which in turn passed me to another girl.! The work was rushed. And started fading the next day. The same incident occurred twice. Would not recommend."

"Would not recommend this place. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the lady who did my children’s nails was amazing and kind, I wish she could have done my nails too!! The ladies who did mine were awful. My big toes were the perfect length until she ruined them. Polish job sucks too. For my fingers, the lady couldn’t even do what I asked for which was super simple. She cut my finger really bad and it is still sore 10 hours later. When I showed her my ring finger was messed up she immediately said it wasn’t her fault. They’re thick lumpy and just awful."

"Came with my wife, prices very reasonable, staff thorough. I don't know how the ladies can handle the chemical smells, luckily there is a nice coffee shop next door that not only serves great coffees but also excellent beers to enjoy while you wait."
