"So happy we found Dogtopia, and now we can travel guilt free! Our corgi pup, Lola, came home exhausted and happy after her first night boarding. I love the webcams they have set up and how much free play time they get. It’s so nice to be able to check in on your pet. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and cheerful. While it took a while to get an assessment (4-5 months), I’m happy they do it because we have assurance the other dogs aren’t aggressive. Booking seems fairly easy though once you’re passed the assessment."

"I was not impressed with the initial meet and greet for my dog. The 2 front desk ladies did not take the time to make my dog feel comfortable with the exchange for him to be in a new environment. They forced pulled him by his leash to get him to go in their direction which created an unsafe environment for my dog. My dog is also a 7 month old puppy. It was his first time to be exposed to a daycare environment and unfortunately it didn’t go well. I wouldn’t recommend this place for new puppy owners."

"Dogtopia has been a blessing to find. The staff is always friendly and I can rest assured my dog is well cared for. My husband and I love that there is ways an employee monitoring the dogs in each of the rooms, and we often receive feedback on Penny Lane’s day with her best furry friends! The photo shoots to raise money to train service dogs is an amazing endeavor. The photo shoots themselves are themed and over the top!! Seeing the pictures brings us so much joy. We couldn’t be happier finding a place where we feel safe to leave our dog. Penny Lane loves it so much that we can’t say the word “friends” in front of her since she thinks she’s going to Dogtopia! Thank you a hundred times over to the amazing staff of Dogtopia San Jose!!"

"The entire staff is so personable, so professional, and our little mini-goldendoodle, "Owen Wilson" loves them as much as they love him. We love that we can monitor his time there whenever we want through the app. And of course, Peter is a true gem there - very professional and personable. We also love the little photo shoots!
