"This was my fourth year doing taxes with them. They were always professional and I would always recommend them and send people to them. This year they messed up on my bank account number. I called thinking they would help. They really said yeah you gave us the right account but when we typed it why didn’t you double check. I was so surprised because I wrote it twice for them. Then they never called back so I called again and the owner said “ I’ll call Monday see what they can do” it’s been days me trying to figure it out. They charged me almost $400 to do my taxes. Now I have to call the irs to see if they can send me a check asap since I’m about due and really needed it. Yes they are good because they charge a good amount that’s their job until something goes wrong you’re on your own. That’s why I’m taking my time to write this. Oliver said he was still gonna charge that amount and that if I was gonna call the IRS so that he didn’t have to."
