"Mel & Rosa are super helpful and they have awesome customer service. It definitely is not a drag to visit this store. I sadly went to another store in the past and I definitely regretted it!! I highly recommend you stop by and get the awesome customer service I enjoy when I come!!"
"I just had the best customer service experience here ever. Today I came in 30 minutes before my shift.i Had fastest customer service and The gentleman that’s working today is amazing. He (Mel) had excellent communication skills, very professional, and took time to help me figure out, Amazon print out labels. I really love the idea that they’re still really good customer service skills out there and I definitely got that today. Definitely five stars And I will be returning you guys are great."

"I came in today around 3pm trying to ship a bike. USPS turned my QR code down because the size of my box. Lot of call back, and forth with eBay. Everyone in the ups store were so helpful, friendly, and patient with helping me with my situation. Thank you guys so much!!"
"What a surprisingly pleasant experience I had today. I would come to this location to return my Amazon package when in town. The store looked more organized and it smelled good. The manager Brianna came up to say hello, she was training new employees. Also met the new owners who were very nice. They said they were making changes to improve the customer service experience for anyone who comes into their store and wanted well trained, knowledgeable, happy and helpful employees. As a business owner myself, hearing this was a positive improvement."
