"I bought a package deal right before the pandemic hit. It was advertised to have a 1 year expiry. The website does say that she is extending the package deal by the time period where government stipulated business to be closed due to covid. However, in California pre-paid services, gift cards, gift certificates, paid coupons etc are not allowed to have an expiry date. California Civil Code Sections 1749.45-1749.6 For example, if you try to buy a prepaid service in groupon etc this is stated. I am pretty sure Rosa is aware of the law. But, choses to flout it neverthless. Hence the 1 star review."

"I don’t even know where to start! When I first started going to Rosa, I was at my breaking point after dealing with persistent cystic hormonal acne and horrible texture. I had tried every possible medication doctors could give me and absolutely nothing helped. I would wake up every single day with more and more breakouts and cry over how insecure and frustrated I was feeling. I couldn’t leave my house most days because I was so ashamed of my skin and it destroyed my confidence. Rosa is so personable and so loving with her clients!
