"Heather is the Queen of Facial Peels and Extractions! I’ve had cystic acne and milia but that is all in the past after regularly seeing Heather. Setting is gorgeous and inviting and love that it is a woman owned business. Can’t recommend highly enough!"
"Heather was such a sweetheart and did an amazing job with a lash tint. The location is gorgeous and it’s so peaceful here. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks for getting me ready for the wedding weekend!!"
"I booked a facial and a glycolic perl with Mira after a glowing recommendation from a friend, and had a wonderful experience. I've already booked my follow up, and can't wait to go back."
"Mira seems experienced but she will not do a very thorough job. Her massage is weak and facial was mediocre and she ended the service early by 30 minutes. Furthermore she will HARASS you and call you names for more tip. avoid this spa at all costs if you don't want to be harassed."
"Bought the Heavenly deal for my mom as a Christmas gift, you cannot even begin to imagine my outrage when I hear about her experience. The massage and facial were decent (according to her) but what happened after made me really mad. When my mom made the appointment, she spoke with a lady named Mira, who informed my mother to bring cash with her, okay no big deal, she brings $30. After she was done, Mira ASKS FOR TIP. Who does that? I know we live in a world where tip is expected, but the origin of tip is to add gratitude for outstanding service. But my mom's a nice lady so it didn't bother her, she gives her the $30. Mira then tells my mom that she's supposed to give her $50. Let's just pause for a second, SUPPOSED to? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $30 was all my mom had, but if it was me I would've just taken it back and left. You would think that it ends there. A little while later my mom checks her phone and find a voice mail. Yeah, it's that horrible witch Mira again telling my mom she's cheap and to go to the location in Chinatown next time. That's pretty much when I lost it and ran to the nearest computer to write a yelp/google review. The End. TL;DR: Mira tells my mom she's supposed to give her $50 tip. Calls my mom cheap for only giving $30, tells her to go to the Chinatown location. Props to my mom for not slapping her; she's a good role model."
