"Carlos Cruz is an excellent lawyer. I came in just to renew my work permit and maybe do my adjustment of status (green card). as we were filling out my paperwork he suggested that my fiancé and I get married. He said that under a new interpretation of the law, she would also be protected under my petition. 3 months later, we BOTH got our Work Permits. 6 months later, as promised, we BOTH got our Permanente Residence (green card).
