"I'm surprised they haven't figured out a way to charge you for breathing in their store. Other than breathing, they will charge you for EVERYTHING.... a piece of tape, the use of a pen..even a paperclip. They have a contract for Amazon returns and make good money on this contract, plus people who enter their store to do a return are potential customers. It used to be that the UPS store used their scanner, scanned the info from Amazon return labels and that was it. Last week I went in to drop off a return. The woman at the counter rudely said "You have to print out the label. I can help you with that" Just looking at her I knew she was not the helpful type but the used car salesman type. She tried to get me to email the label from the Amazon app but I stopped her and said "You won't charge me for that right?" She said "Of course I'm charging you. It is a service" She said it would be $2 plus tax. I walked out with my small little return which was an envelope. I printed the label at the library for .15. I'm never going back to that location."

"I have used this UPS store several times and they have always been friendly and helpful. However, on my last visit, the assistance from Vishmay and Sarah was great. Vishmay went above and beyond to assist me with an Amazon return. I was provided with separate return labels for two items that were being mailed to the same vendor. I wanted to return both in the same box for efficiency. Vishmay chatted with Amazon in an attempt to combine the return into one label. Unfortunately, the return could not be processed this way, but Vishmay efforts were more than expected. I will use this UPS store in the future when I have returns."
