"Worst worst worst customer service, I was trying to open a new case for my sister with this firm since a friend recommended me, no type of customer service, we kept going back and forth regarding information, they wouldn’t call back, at the end when I confronted them over the phone they denied service to us which is fine but say that instead of hanging up the phone! Thank you for wasting my time! Also the firm “manager” which can’t remember his name but he said he’s the one in charge is so rude!!! He deserves 0 stars!!!!"

"Unfortunately my dad heard about these people on the radio "erazno y la chokolata" years ago. Supposedly started up the process for my mother more than 6 years ago! We paid the money they asked for, we still have nothing to this day. No updates, communicating with them is a nightmare. And seems like they always give us the run around. We asked for proof at least of some type of document stating my mother was in the process, and they sent us a document that CAN BARELY BE READ! It is so faded that you can't even read what it says! Also marked as "Inactive" at the bottom! Are you kidding me!! What in the world makes them think this is acceptable from a "professional" office! Im currently gathering more information to weigh our options because if it was up to me, we would have never used these guys in the first place. It is heart breaking that our trust and hope for help has seemed nothing but a joke to these people. The only times you"ll constantly hear from these guys is when they want to collect money. I write this with a heavy heart because i really thought they cared more about their clients, not just collect their money and toss them to the side."

"Law office that specialize in immigration services. The staff is really friendly, and the lawyers are trustworthy. They moved a while back to new wing of the building, which it’s way nicer. As far services, they do their best to move the cases. Prices are bit higher than similar firms , however they have being in business for years, and I would rather pay a little to have my case filed correctly than to risk it with cheaper lawyer. Finally they offer payment plans which is helpful and convenient for people that might not have all the money to pay for a case."
